Elevate Your Leadership Abilities with Professional Executive Training

I participated in a Commercial Coaching course with Simonetta during Q4 2022 and let me start by saying that as a native English speaker based in the Caribbean, her ability to speak flawless English was the foundation of our sessions together and made learning easier.
 The course content was very structured, but I would say was enhance by Simonetta’s delivery of the material. Her personal touch allowed her to connect with me and transmit her ideas but more importantly allow me to come to my own realisations and conclusions which is the real benefit.
 She follows up in each session about what I was able to apply in practice from our previous session and then provides guidance on what I did well or where I can improve. This meshing of the theory with practical execution was invaluable.
I have no reservations recommending Simonetta to anyone or any company and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Simonetta is a great mentor and example. Through her guidance, (challenging) questions and the tools she provided I was able to reconnect with my purpose and my main passion, our beautiful ocean. She helped me to find back my roots/core and deal with my self-limiting beliefs through the mentorship, now it's up to me to continue growing and flourishing. She also showed how to think big. Still today much of her advice still resonates further.
