As parents, we all want our children to live happy and fulfilled lives. We give them the best education available within our budget and ability. We enroll them in extracurricular activities that we think may benefit them. And we try to demonstrate with other "acts-of-love" lessons to prepare them for the "real world".
Often, we don't take the time to reflect on what our children love doing; what makes them really happy. We unconsciously expect our children to fit into our, and/or society's, expectations. We fail to consider their talents, their passions, their desired purpose in life. Each child comes into this world with a beautiful array of talents and dreams and is up to us - as parents or guardians - to lead them to discover and make the most of these abilities.
I passionately believe that the best gift we can give our children is to help them uncover and apply their talents. Young TalentPowerUp provides you - the parent or guardian - with the right tools and information to help you support your children on this amazing journey of discovery to reach their true potential. But more importantly it enables your children to fulfil their greatness.

Every child is born with unique talents and gifts. As a mother of two, helping my kids discover and develop their talents has been one of the most amazing quests that motherhood can offer. I see a huge change in the behaviour of my children when encouraging them to focus on their strengths; they are happy, they are confident, they truly shine!
Based on my experience as a mother and having helped many other parents discover their children’s talents, I have developed Young Talent PowerUp™ to provide a structured and uniquely tailored approach to help you help your child, and for them to achieve their true potential.
Through a fascinating and rewarding process, Young Talent PowerUp™ will provide you and your children with the right tools so your child can:
- Uncover their unique talents, finding out exactly what they are good at
- Understand and define their purpose and mission in life
- Frame different ways to make a great living from their talents and support them in choosing a career path based on their talents
- Enrich their self-esteem and self-confidence as they better understand their uniqueness in life
The journey combines group-based parent/guardian sessions (without children) and children-only sessions to develop both the talent and the support frameworks. Groups are collated by age range typically 5-7, 8-11, 12-14 and 15-18 age groups but this may vary depending on the nature of each child. Following the parental induction and program kick-off, the program is delivered with your children over a 4 week term (weekends) in total and consists of interactive workshops, taught-sessions and home-working exercises to develop in each of our themes. Also watch out for our school holiday Young Talent PowerUp Camps that last 1-week each.

Discover
Our first step is to find out who you are and what the children can really do. We undertake a structured discovery to help your children discover what they like and what they're good at. We also try to understand parental preferences to enable the best support for the children's journey.
Goals
Knowing your child's true talents helps you focus on applying these to do the things that make them happy. Setting specific goals in life and school will help them get and stay in control.
Growth
With an understanding of your child's passion, talent and direction, we can then work on a plan to get them there, with your support. We will set out a direction and support framework that will help them to develop and apply their talents, and will help you provide the best-possible support that you can.
