Life Coaching helps you move from where you are now, to where you want to be. Nobody knows you better than yourself; you actually have the answers within you. But sometimes we block those answers or do not know how to access them. Sometimes we seek answers to the wrong questions and go around in circles. A Life Coach will help you unlock the knowledge, and the answers, that you need.
I am a Life Coach. I will help you see your life from a different perspective, and provide the tools and the process to lead you to the answers you are looking for. Taking thought and feeling to understanding and on to positive action and results.
Do I need a Life Coach?
Simply put, if you could do it yourself, you’d probably have done it… In the same way that athletes have somebody to guide and drive them, we also need that kind of professional support in our lives to help us make the most of whom we are. To deal with uncertainties. To address obstacles. To drive to bigger goals. To be who you want to be. Change the big things, or change the small. Or simply be more at ease with who and where you are.
Life Coaching is dynamic and focussed on you. Understanding your goals and what makes you function well. Examining what is currently affecting your view of the world. Assessing obstacles and challenges that slow you down. Considering options and plans to navigate to a path forward. Taking action to change circumstance, or to change how you view or deal with the issues at hand.
Through my proven coaching techniques I will help you:

- Set achievable goals and a plan of how to get there
- Remove obstacles and use them to your advantage

Develop the baseline – understanding the challenge or change that you want to address, what makes you tick, and the circumstances and environment that affect you.
Once we have the baseline established, drilling down into detail and refining problems to specify the real challenge. Exploring options and traits that help and hinder; strengthening the positive and adjusting where needed.
Theory only gets you so far. Having brought out the detail of the challenge and the options to address, we now need to put the answers into practice and evolve what we do to get the desired results.
